If a child needs to take medicine during the school day please contact the nurse and she will give you a form to be filled out by the parent and the doctor
Please call the school the morning of a child's absence to alert the school as a safety measure and then follow-up by sending in a Doctor's note. *Note: Doctor's notes are necessary to avoid truancy issues, even though the note does not remove the absence from the record. Additionally, notes do not effect the total absences toward chronic absenteeism.
Please alert the nurse to a change in the child's health (ex: new allergies)
